Job Description

Join Zimmer Biomet as a Warehouse Lead in Seattle, Washington. Oversee supply chain processes, communicate with customers and suppliers, and lead a team to ensure safety regulations are met.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to team members
Assist with training and communication between shifts
Monitor warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Prepare shipping paperwork and process invoices
Maintain inventory and stock control
Identify areas for process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to fulfill orders accurately and on time

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of recent work experience in distribution/warehouse or manufacturing setting
Proficiency with SAP
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs on an occasional basis
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
