Responsibilities

Collaborate with category product marketing manager to identify and prioritize potential partners.
Cultivate relationships with key partners to develop collaborations and co-marketing initiatives.
Manage ambassador program to inspire advocates for products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business, journalism, communications, or related field.
3-5 years’ marketing experience in shooting sports, optics, or related industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to operate strategically and operationally.
