Job Description

As a Store Manager at TownTasks, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, leading the store team, and driving overall success. This role involves managing operations, analyzing sales reports, and ensuring all team members adhere to company standards.

Responsibilities

Educate team members and guests on products and services
Work with Department Managers to ensure operational processes are executed
Analyze sales reports and establish action plans
Maintain open communication with team members and upper management
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring new team members
Train Assistant Managers and team members
Ensure team members adhere to company standards and policies
Engage with the local community for sales and special offerings

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail store manager
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow policies and procedures
