Responsibilities

  • Educate team members and guests on products and services
  • Work with Department Managers to ensure operational processes are executed
  • Analyze sales reports and establish action plans
  • Maintain open communication with team members and upper management
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring new team members
  • Train Assistant Managers and team members
  • Ensure team members adhere to company standards and policies
  • Engage with the local community for sales and special offerings

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail store manager
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
