Job Description

Join Maison Valentino as a Senior Manager in Wholesale, responsible for managing the Women's and Men's Ready-To-Wear wholesale business, sales distribution, and achieving top line sales goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee current wholesale portfolio and develop relationships to grow distribution.
Analyze sales statistics and identify sales opportunities.
Coordinate activities involving merchandise sale and seasonal expectations.
Execute Valentino initiatives to support sales and branding objectives.
Mentor and guide the wholesale team.
Recruit and select candidates for sales positions.
Effectively partner with cross functional departments to achieve wholesale objectives.
Support concession conversion strategy and business analysis.

Qualifications

10-15 years of relevant sales & luxury experience.
Must have luxury RTW wholesale experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to build strong relationships and effective leadership.
Flexible to travel up to 40%.
Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
