Job Description

Manage warehouse operations to ensure 100% service levels to customers while complying with SOPs, health & safety guidelines, and quality standards. Lead a team to improve operations and manage staff.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve warehouse operational objectives by contributing warehouse operations information to strategic plans
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Resolve problems and identify trends
  • Ensure department compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and audits
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Optimize manpower and motivate workforce
  • Conduct succession planning and manage weekly production plan
  • Collaborate with other department managers and optimize warehouse space
  • Update job knowledge through educational opportunities and professional organizations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of warehouse management experience
  • Associate degree in business operations, Bachelor’s degree in business or logistics preferred
