Job Description

Join our healthcare team as an Orthopedic Surgeon to provide expert care for patients with musculoskeletal disorders. This role involves conducting examinations, developing treatment plans, performing surgeries, and collaborating with other medical professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations and assessments of patients with orthopedic conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Perform surgical procedures, including suturing and other techniques, as necessary.
Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide holistic care, including cardiology and immunology considerations.
Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions and psychopharmacology when needed.
Maintain accurate patient records, including coding for medical billing purposes.
Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options, emphasizing the importance of patient service.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in orthopedic medicine and best practices for infection control.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or relevant specialty.
Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology, psychiatry, pain management, immunology, and cardiology is preferred.
Excellent surgical skills with experience in suturing techniques.
Proven ability to provide high-quality patient service and maintain strong patient relationships.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment while demonstrating leadership when necessary.
