Job Description

TownTasks is seeking an Office Administrator to join our Specialty Mechanic shop in Nacogdoches, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the shop's calendar.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
  • Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Order office and shop supplies as needed.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Help manage all active projects.
  • Input all invoices/purchases and assist in processing payments from customers.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills.
  • Experience with QuickBooks.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as with a team.
  • Experience in a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Experience with Connecteam is a plus.
  • Social Media content management is a plus.
