Job Description

Varsity Spirit, a Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Bindery Pallet Builder for the 1st shift. The role involves segregating pallet quality, repairing and assembling custom pallets for yearbook shipments, and operating a forklift as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage pallet queue and organize pallets
Repair restorable pallets using hand and power tools
Assemble custom pallets
Operate forklift for inventory and handwork area
Assist in various positions based on production demand
Retrieve inventory items to maximize machine uptime

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret documents
Forklift certification
1-2 years of warehouse/manufacturing experience
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to cooperate in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
