Job Description

Clopay Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Columbus, Ohio Distribution Center. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, orders, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers in person and over the phone to enter orders and assist with pricing.
Balance daily invoice edits and audit open order reports.
Manage system invoicing, bookkeeping procedures, and incoming/outgoing mail.
Handle incoming telephone calls and other administrative duties.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Products.
Previous clerical or office experience beneficial.
