Support and advise the HCM Module Lead in planning, configuring, and implementing the Workday HCM module.
Manage the transition and configuration of employee and retiree benefits programs in Workday.
Develop and implement performance management, classification, and compensation structures in the Workday platform.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience with Workday implementation.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations related to compensation and benefits.
