Leadership and Team Management: Lead, develop, coach, and retain a team of HR Technology Coordinators who support and guide Team Members with HR inquiries and requests.
Service Excellence: Oversee the management of HR service delivery through the development and monitoring of SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs.
Data Security and Privacy: Ensure adherence to policies and procedures to safeguard Team Member's data and services.
Mass Data Management: Drive efficiencies and accuracy utilizing automated tools and resources.
HR Knowledge Base and SOPs: Lead the documentation and review processes to ensure timely and accurate HR knowledge and SOPs.
Communication: Regularly communicate with Team Members and Leadership through various tools.
Reporting & Insights: Work closely with HR technology and people insights teams to fulfill data requests and ensure data accuracy.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with teams for implementation and testing.
4-6 years in HR Operations with Workday HCM Preferred
1-3 years Supervisory Experience
Strong knowledge of Human Resources and employment law
Proactive, self-starter with strong communication skills
Able to handle confidential information and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in HRIS and Case Management Systems, Workday preferred
Customer service mindset and continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
Strong project management skills
