Job Description

Join Shake Shack as a People Operations Manager overseeing a team responsible for HR services and support. Lead initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and drive efficiencies in processes.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, coach, and retain a team of HR Technology Coordinators
Oversee HR service delivery through SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs
Ensure data security and privacy compliance
Drive mass data management and system health
Lead HR knowledge base and SOP documentation
Regularly communicate with team members and leadership
Utilize reporting tools for insights and improvements
Seek feedback for process improvement and automation

Qualifications

4-6 years in HR Operations, Workday HCM preferred
1-3 years supervisory experience
Strong knowledge of HR and employment law
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Strong project management skills and ability to lead remote teams
