Job Description

The Family Recovery Coach will provide support to families of individuals with a substance use disorder, connect them with services, and offer ongoing recovery planning.

Responsibilities

Provide recovery coaching to families of individuals with a substance use disorder
Develop relationships with referral sources and community partners
Provide ongoing support, education, referrals, and resources to family members
Facilitate support groups and community education on family recovery coaching
Enter timely documentation into electronic health record
Provide harm reduction services and make appropriate referrals for clients
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and supervision
Some weekend or second-shift hours may be required

Qualifications

A person with lived experience is preferred. Minimum of two years' experience working in substance use disorder treatment and/or mental health field is required. Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
