Job Description

Manage all activities associated with the efficient operation of accounts, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety.

Responsibilities

Manage the performance of salaried and hourly employees, resolve performance issues, ensure compliance
Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet demands
Analyze P&L statements, provide financial data to senior management
Manage payroll, accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing
Hold Safety & Security meetings, provide safety training, ensure compliance

Qualifications

H.S. diploma/GED required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
3+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field
2+ years managing and leading direct reports
Excellent knowledge of Transportation and Warehouse Logistics operations required
Excellent knowledge of safety and security requirements required
