Job Description

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Manager for their retail store in Hollywood, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving sales.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M service model
Lead the store team in surpassing performance metrics
Apply analytical thinking to find opportunities within the store
Lead visual presentation, product flow, and operational standards
Build a welcoming, inclusive environment that engages internal growth
Coordinate store activities and meet deadlines
Contribute to crafting a team environment that encourages sharing of ideas
Assist in various departments including consumer service, product knowledge, and stock room management
Support team members in daily retail operations
Adhere to asset protection policies and procedures

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older
4+ years of retail experience
Proven leadership skills
Strong communication skills
Valid driver's license may be required
Flexibility in work schedule
