Job Description

Join our team as a Behavior Technician in our after-school program to create a safe and engaging environment for students.

Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety of children in the program.
Assist students with homework and academic activities.
Organize recreational and creative activities.
Implement behavior management strategies.
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience working with children preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
ABA certification required.
