Job Description

Join The Fresh Market team as an Assistant Store Manager, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality to guests and team members. You will work alongside the Store Manager to drive team engagement, productivity, and business success.

Responsibilities

Act as a store ambassador and provide exemplary hospitality to guests and team members
Create and manage team schedules aligned with guest shopping hours
Analyze sales reports and metrics to make data-driven business decisions
Assist in forecasting and maintaining store teams
Train and onboard team members to provide excellent guest service
Manage store inventory and minimize product loss

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
5-7 years of retail experience with leadership roles
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to read and follow merchandising layouts and policies
