Join our team as an Assistant Store Manager and help create an extraordinary everyday eating experience for our guests. Work closely with the Store Manager to drive business results and maximize team productivity.
- Serve as a store ambassador providing exceptional hospitality to guests and team members
- Create and manage team schedules aligned with guest shopping hours
- Analyze sales reports and metrics to make sound business decisions
- Assist in forecasting and maintaining store teams
- Partner with Guest Services Manager for team orientation and onboarding
- Coach team members for operational optimization and development
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and safety protocols
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow merchandising plans and procedures
