Job Description

Short term contract employment opportunity for an HR Assistant in Peachtree City, Georgia. Focus on administrative processes, payroll, benefits processing, recruitment support, employee relations, compliance, and HR projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR documentation and employee records
  • Assist in HR processes and new hire transitions
  • Utilize HRIS for record-keeping
  • Provide payroll processing assistance
  • Handle employee benefits enrollment
  • Coordinate interviews, job postings, candidate communications
  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies
  • Collaborate on employee engagement projects
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in auditing employee records and HR processes
  • Work on HR initiatives such as upskilling programs and certifications

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with Ceridian
  • Mastery of HRMS
  • Proficiency in About Time software
  • Auditing skills
  • Ability to conduct Background Checks
  • Experience with Benefit Functions
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills
