Job Description

Join our team in Houston, Texas as a Billing Clerk with a focus on full-cycle billing tasks, including invoicing, payment collections, and reconciliation. Proficiency in various billing portal systems is required. Short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle billing operations, including invoicing and payment collections.
Reconcile spreadsheets and perform VLOOKUPS.
Use various billing portals systems such as Ariba, Open Invoice, Taulia, AES, Tracks.
Ensure accuracy in all billing processes.
Respond to customer inquiries related to billing.
Maintain and update customer credit records.
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
Utilize accounting software systems effectively.
Perform accounting functions as per the company's policies and regulations.
Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience working as a Billing Clerk or in a similar role.
Proficiency in the use of Accounting Software Systems.
Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
Experience with Computerized Billing is mandatory.
Knowledge of EHR SYSTEM is a significant plus.
Proficiency in Epic Software is beneficial.
Familiarity with About Time software is desirable.
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is required.
Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is mandatory.
Ability to efficiently manage Answering Inbound Calls is crucial.
