Job Description

Camping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting company programs to enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
Lead department and assist/mentor colleagues
Promote company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships
Establish strong product knowledge and sell to customers
Maintain store appearance, stocking, and general housekeeping duties
Cross train to perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

High school education or equivalent
Previous Retail experience preferred
Superior customer service skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends
Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend as needed
