Job Description

Vivacity Tech PBC is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our Thornton, CO location. The Warehouse Lead will assist and lead activities associated with various warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise new employees
Oversee maintenance of the warehouse
Assist Operations Manager with daily duties
Organize, plan, and coordinate inventory
Ensure equipment is maintained
Responsible for quality control
Handle pallets of finished products
Identify areas of improvement

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to motivate team in meeting goals
Knowledge of inventory management
Thorough knowledge of warehouse procedures
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Time management skills
Proficiency with Google Suite
