Job Description

This position is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of electrical products to vendors or customer sites within the territory. The driver will operate and maintain vehicles in a clean, safe manner and report any operating problems or maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

Load, unload, prepare, secure & protect contents of delivery vehicle.
Follow assigned schedules and routes of deliveries.
Inform supervisor of shortages, overages, and damaged merchandise.
Assist in maintaining the grounds and warehouse in a neat, safe, and orderly condition.
Act as a liaison to customer base providing courteous service.
Serve as backup to counter sales and shipping/receiving functions.

Qualifications

Experienced drivers.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Must meet driver's license requirements.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
