Job Description

Join our team at McDonald's as a Shift Manager where you will provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality, service, and cleanliness to customers.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
Monitor performance and ensure team meets McDonald's standards
Manage safety, security, and profitability
Communicate with other managers
Meet targets and help departments meet goals

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience preferred
Positive team player with flexible schedule
Passion to work in a fast-paced environment
