Job Description

Cyclone Bagels is looking for a part-time supervisor responsible for overseeing every aspect of service, food quality, service standards, and guest relations at our Bagel shop located in Coney Island.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties and Oversight of Cafe Service
  • Open and/or close the shop
  • Maintain POS system with updates
  • Supervise side work completion
  • Greet guests and maintain a clean work area
  • Process payments and deposits
  • Train staff and ensure service standards
  • Guide service flow and react to problems
  • Maintain a healthy work environment

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
  • Physical ability to lift and stand for entire shift
