Job Description

Join Sleep Number as a Warehouse Operator III responsible for daily tasks in the facilities operation, including picking, packing, prepping orders, inventory processes, and more.

Responsibilities

Tasking, picking, packing, prepping, loading, receiving, and auditing goods
Assist with training and onboarding
Perform bed assembly and packing with quality
Operate within Oracle WMS using hand-held scanner
Perform 5S activities, housekeeping, and inventory counts

Qualifications

3-5 years in warehouse/distribution preferred
Forklift certification
Previous WMS experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
