Job Description

Join Walmart as a Vision Center Manager responsible for overseeing sales, customer service, safety compliance, and community outreach in the Vision Center.

Responsibilities

Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation and accurate pricing
Provide guidance on customer service approaches and techniques to resolve issues
Oversee community outreach programs and encourage community involvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Supervise and develop associates in the Vision Center

Qualifications

Completion of 2 or more years of college OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years of general work experience including 1 year of optical experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Current eligibility to work as an optician or apprentice optician
