Responsibilities

Sell direct hire staffing solutions within office & administrative vertical
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
Drive revenue through high-impact sales activities
Source, recruit, and select candidates
Offer innovative and strategic workforce solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional sales experience
1+ years of experience in selling direct hire solutions
Background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, office & administration, or Human Resources
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
