Job Description

Potbelly Sandwich Shop is seeking a Shift Leader to lead shifts by managing associates, ensuring product quality, customer service, sales, and cost control.

Responsibilities

Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks efficiently, and provide feedback
Ensure security and procedural standards are followed
Prepare quality food products efficiently
Comply with health and safety standards
Restock food line, clean work areas, operate cash register, handle customer complaints

Qualifications

Customer service oriented with strong communication skills
Problem-solving abilities and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
18 years or older with minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
Ability to stand/walk for 8-9 hours, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Food safety certification required within 30 days of employment
