Job Description

Direct all warehouse and distribution operations to promote safe, efficient, and optimal utilization of facilities, equipment, and personnel.

Responsibilities

Oversee and enforce all safety rules to eliminate accidents and injuries.
Hire, train, and develop warehouse management team and associates.
Maintain a work environment that supports all operations personnel.
Execute processes for selection, development, motivation, and evaluation of staff.

Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan and organize work, analyze data, and solve problems.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite and warehouse management systems.
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
