Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute operational procedures and SOPs
Build and develop a high-performing team
Define strategy to achieve company targets
Ensure market-level operational KPIs are met
Monitor inventory levels and sales systems
Identify areas of opportunity for optimization

Qualifications

2+ years of cannabis industry experience
3+ years of multi-unit retail management experience
Knowledge of Metrc and cannabis point-of-sale platforms
Proficiency in Excel and analytics software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
