Responsibilities

  • Assist users with inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide detailed bug descriptions to Product and Engineering teams
  • Offer product training to customers on request
  • Proactively support clients throughout their lifecycle with AgriWebb

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in customer support or success
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with online ticketing platforms like Intercom
  • Problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset
  • Experience in a SAAS environment (preferred)
