Job Description

Join Dal-Tile, the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, as a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate. This role involves providing support to walk-in customers, handling sales transactions, and performing warehouse duties such as inventory checks and material handling.

Responsibilities

Assist walk-in customers and complete sales transactions
Handle material handling duties like receiving, loading/unloading material, and pulling customer orders
Operate forklift and/or crane equipment
Resolve customer complaints and address inquiries
Perform office administration tasks such as processing payments and receipts

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service and warehouse experience
Forklift experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
