Responsibilities

Lead your team to achieve store goals in repair volume, sales, speed, and profit.
Coach and motivate your team to meet performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure a positive customer experience by solving problems and empowering your team to do the same.
Maintain store operations, including inventory management, a clean store environment, and adhering to Asurion's values.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
1+ years of leadership experience, including coaching and training
2+ years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
Motivation to meet and exceed performance goals
