Job Description

Core-Mark is seeking a Warehouse General Manager to oversee warehouse operations, lead employees and managers, and ensure efficiency and safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

Supervising warehouse operations and communicating with employees daily
Developing and implementing standard operational procedures
Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper working condition
Evaluating employee productivity and quality, and developing improvement plans
Leading safety policies and practices
Handling employee concerns and maintaining warehouse security

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
4-6 years of warehouse management experience
3+ years of team management experience
Knowledge of warehouse operations and distribution
Strong communication and analytical skills
