Job Description

Join the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States. Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, is seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to join their team.

Responsibilities

Conduct weekly sales calls including servicing existing customers and cold calling potential customers
Prepare weekly sales and call reports
Develop monthly strategy for sales calls and travel calendar
Conduct area market analysis of top accounts
Research market product data and determine sales strategy
Grow market share by increasing sales and maintaining product margin goals
Complete Positive Action Forms for all cold calls
Utilize influence and negotiation skills to sell and place displays
Conduct client follow-ups and provide PK seminars to customers
Utilize On Demand reporting to achieve sales objectives

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
4 years of prior selling experience
Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
Proven ability to work in an unsupervised environment
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
