Implement store concepts to ensure high product availability, freshness, cleanliness, and service quality
Lead by example, actively participate in store operations, and prioritize employee training and development
Several years of retail or similar industry experience with leadership responsibilities
Team player with strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire employees
Strong decision-making skills and results-oriented mindset
Willingness to work flexible shifts on 5 days per week
