Responsibilities

Create a positive initial contact with service customers
Handle service phone calls professionally and expediently
Schedule service repairs with shop foremen
Perform tasks in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures

Qualifications

Ability to work in a dealership environment
Willingness to work up to 12 hours per day
Strong communication skills
Basic computer skills
Ability to lift/move up to 75 lbs
