Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Director of Building Services to oversee all maintenance and preventive maintenance of heating, plumbing, and electrical systems in buildings. This role reports to the Facility Director.

Responsibilities

Supervising maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and functionality of buildings
Performing repairs in various areas including offices, recreation spaces, and apartments
Maintaining outside grounds and overseeing preventive maintenance
Purchasing maintenance materials and managing records
Inspecting buildings and grounds regularly
Preparing schedules and manuals for maintenance staff and equipment
Managing keys and monitoring work of outside contractors

Qualifications

Associate Degree, High School Diploma, or GED
3-5 years experience in building construction and maintenance repair
Experience supervising staff
Boiler License and Certificate of Fitness Pl6 Low PSI oil burner required
Valid NYS Driver's License
