Job Description

Join our finance team at Health in Tech as an Accounting Associate with a focus on Revenue. Manage TPA relationships, process invoices, and collaborate with departments to ensure effective financial operations.

Responsibilities

Process and verify TPA invoices accurately and timely
Import banking files to draft funds and submit payments to TPAs
Reconcile policy holder plan year records
Prepare and process payments through checks, ACH, and wire transfers
Assist with month-end closing and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal departments and address inquiries
Assist with audits and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
7 years of accounting experience
Proficiency in NetSuite and GAAP knowledge
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
