Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport goods to designated locations.
Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and any issues encountered during transport.
Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery status or any changes in schedule.
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience driving box trucks or vans preferred; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required during loading and unloading processes.
Previous experience in a warehouse or courier environment is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
