Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers in a call center setting
Resolve issues on the first call and provide accurate information
Build strong relationships with members and providers
Document information in computer systems
Research and resolve complex customer issues
Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
1+ years of experience in call center or customer service
Proficiency in computer applications
Ability to work full-time shifts
