Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers in a call center setting
  • Resolve issues on the first call and provide accurate information
  • Build strong relationships with members and providers
  • Document information in computer systems
  • Research and resolve complex customer issues

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 1+ years of experience in call center or customer service
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Ability to work full-time shifts
