Job Description

Join our team at DashMart, a local-fulfillment center owned by DoorDash. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory including receiving, stocking, and monitoring product quality
Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery
Communicate with customers through the app for substitution approvals
Maintain warehouse organization and safety standards
Collaborate with team members and assist in runner/dasher coordination
Assist in food preparation (where applicable)

Qualifications

Great communication skills and problem-solving abilities
Experience in retail, customer service, or similar industries
Customer-facing experience and ability to delight customers
Ability to handle physical warehouse duties including lifting up to 50 pounds
Minimum High school diploma or GED equivalent
