Responsibilities

Lead payroll processes for US and Canada
Supervise payroll team and vendor relationships
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and laws
Collaborate with internal and external teams for effective payroll operations
Identify and resolve discrepancies in payroll data

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Finance or related field
6-8 years of payroll experience with supervisory responsibilities
Knowledge of tax and compliance laws
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
