Join our Internet Sales Team as a Customer Service Appointment Coordinator. Handle incoming phone calls and internet requests to schedule appointments. Responsibilities

  • Promote and seek out opportunities to deliver a top-notch customer experience
  • Interact with customers to identify their needs and sales opportunities
  • Work closely with BDC Manager to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for
  • Complete phone calls as assigned by BDC Manager
  • Conduct sales department service tours

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous BDC experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
