Responsibilities

Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist for full-cycle recruitment
Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders
Oversee employee relations and compliance
Drive employee engagement and talent development initiatives
Provide workforce analytics and process improvement

Qualifications

7-10 years of progressive HR experience
PHR or SHRM Accreditation
Experience in property management or hospitality
Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning
