Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our team in Oklahoma City. This role involves processing semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls accurately
  • Review and audit payroll information for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain accurate payroll records
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
  • Communicate with employees and external agencies regarding payroll matters

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of payroll processing experience
  • Strong understanding of payroll principles and tax regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
