Job Description

Join Braum's team as a Shift Supervisor responsible for leading the store crew members to ensure customer satisfaction, maximize sales, and uphold company policies.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
Oversee shift operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales
Participate in monitoring inventory, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
Ensure store policies and practices are implemented

Qualifications
