Job Description

The Social Worker will provide case management for children and their families in the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program (URM) placed in foster care in the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

Meeting with clients face to face regularly for safety assessments and goal monitoring.

Assessing needs and coordinating services for clients and foster parents.

Serving as a liaison between clients and various service providers.

Maintaining case records, preparing reports, and referring clients to community resources.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work and licensed in DC & MD.

Experience in writing court reports and family therapy.

Culturally competent and experienced in trauma-informed therapy.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
