Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Screen for emergencies and follow escalation protocols
Confidently book service calls using CRM
Offer workarounds or discounts to retain customers
Assist with light Accounts Receivable follow-up

Qualifications

2+ years experience in remote customer service
Previous experience in plumbing
Experience with ServiceTitan
Strong English communication skills
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
